The mission of Dynamic Foreign Language Centre is to provide the highest-quality language training and related services to our students and clients at the best value and with excellent customer service.
The dynamic Foreign Language Centre aims to equip learners with the skills and knowledge that will enable them to contribute to the development of foreign language education policies worldwide in line with the ever-changing global environment for foreign language.
The courses offered are designed to improve students’ foreign language skills and to equip them with the professional foundation they need for effective communication.

We aspire to serve as a student resource for international universities and colleges.

Our Goals
Through an array of internal and external programs, the Dynamic Foreign Language seeks to accomplish the following specific goals:
- To provide comprehensive English as a second language (ESL) instruction to students enrolled in the Institute;
- To provide students with the cultural knowledge and awareness needed to function satisfactorily, both academically and socially.
- To prepare students who are studying ESL for academic purposes with the academic skills and strategies to help them be successful in their undergraduate or graduate studies;
- To provide appropriate ESL instruction for matriculated international students at UNH participating in ESL classes.
- To inform students enrolled in the Institute about options and opportunities for academic study internationally and to encourage them to consider applying for admission.
- To provide comprehensive English as a second language (ESL) instruction to students enrolled in the Institute
